Refund Eligibility

Our refund policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

Due to the nature of digital services, refunds are only granted under specific conditions, as outlined below.

Non-Refundable Items

Please note that IPTV subscriptions and activation codes are considered digital goods and are non-returnable and non-refundable once delivered or activated.

The following items are not eligible for a refund:

  • Activated IPTV subscriptions or codes
  • Downloadable software or content
  • Gift cards or promo codes
  • Customized or configured digital services

Conditions for Partial Refunds

In some cases, partial refunds may be considered, at our sole discretion, if:

  • You experienced consistent service issues that were not resolved after contacting our support team
  • The service was not delivered as described and you reported the issue within the first 7 days
  • Your subscription was not activated and you no longer wish to proceed

To be eligible for a refund request, you must provide proof of purchase (e.g., receipt, invoice) and clearly describe the issue experienced.
